Accomplish a scope of effects with the accompanying Osmo worktop oil items:

Osmo Top Oil  (3058) accentuates the wood’s grain and natural attributes and gives a warm effect without a sheen

Osmo Top Oil  (3028) is unpretentious with a noble sparkle which looks like and accentuates the wood grain unobtrusively

Osmo Top Oil (3068) Is intended to more readily hold the normal, untreated look of lighter woods, for example, Oak and Pine. It isn’t recommended for use on more obscure intriguing hardwoods, for example, Iroko as it might create a smooth or white film on the surface. This is brought about by the small amount of white shade utilized in the oil to hold the characteristic, untreated appearance of lighter woods.

Osmo Top Oil  (3061) is a slightly colored version that adds a brownish colored tone to worktops for an exquisite finish.

Osmo Top Oil (3039) is a slightly colored version that adds a dim dark tone to worktops for a polished finish

Osmo Top Oil  (3038) is a slightly colored version that adds a darker brown colored tone to worktops for a toned rich finish

Osmo Top Oil (3037) is a slightly colored version that adds a white tone to worktops for a more splendid, whitewash or Scandinavian sort finish

Preparing and Applying

We always suggest that surfaces ought to be dry and clear and that all hints of residue and soil be eliminated with a brush or vacuum cleaner before applying a wood finish.

The need for sanding and eliminating past finishes from the surface will rely upon the oil, wax, or stain utilized (see product instructions for direction on this).

Apply Osmo TopOil equally and thinly along the wood grain with an Osmo Soft Tip Brush and spread well

Work the oil into the surface of the wood

Wipe off any overabundance oil from the outside of the wood with a spotless, build up free fabric

Leave the first coat to dry for 4-6 hours

Apply a subsequent coat using a similar strategy as the first
